They are now looking to hire a world-class Graduate AI Engineer to become one of the earliest technical hires in the business, working directly alongside the founders to help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll design and deploy LLM-powered systems into production
• You’ll solve complex engineering challenges across AI applications and infrastructure
• You’ll collaborate directly with the founders on product direction and technical strategy
• You’ll take real ownership, helping shape the future of the product and company

Key skillsets:

• You are a 2025/2026 graduate from a top university in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline
• You demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals
• You have hands-on experience building AI systems or working with LLMs
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Python
• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• You are an excellent problem-solver and communicator
