eDiscovery Senior Project Manager | Legal Services Provider
Overview:
A legal services provider is looking for a senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple client matters at once. This role suits someone who can run projects independently, keep stakeholders aligned, and combine technical know-how with calm, commercial client management.
Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Senior Project Manager:
- Own delivery across active matters, balancing scope, speed, quality and stakeholder expectations
- Shape practical approaches to handling client data from early-stage intake through to final outputs
- Be the escalation point for workflow decisions, problem resolution and delivery risk management
- Lead client communications: status updates, decision points, and clear recommendations when trade-offs are required
- Build and manage project plans, tracking progress against timelines and financial targets
- Produce clear reporting on performance, volume, milestones and delivery health
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure the right resources and services are applied at the right time
- Support billing accuracy by reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies before submission
Requirements of this eDiscovery Senior Project Manager:
- 7+ years in eDiscovery project management, with a mixture of tenure
- A track record utilising Relativity to its full capabilities
- Strong understanding of analytics features and how to apply them to real-world workflows
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters without losing control of detail
- Confident, consultative communicator with strong client-facing presence
- Proactive, solutions-led approach with a track record of preventing issues before they escalate
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across teams and functions
