We have roles available within various departments in the Ulster Hospital and Ards Community Hospital. Working hours for these posts will be 9am 5pm Monday to Friday with a Pay Rate of £12.75 Per Hour.

The main duties will be:

  • Maintaining diaries
  • Minute taking
  • Arranging meetings
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Distributing Incoming Mail
  • General office duties.

What We Need From You

  • 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • 1 year administrative experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
