What You Need To Be Successful
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross‑functional product organizations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs
- Systems‑thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management practices
- Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus
