Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager – Excel London | Full-Time / Permanent

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day delivery of catering services at Excel London – one of Europe’s largest and most successful venues, hosting some 400 events per year!

Senior C&E Operations Manager – The Role

• Playing a leading role in the delivery of first-rate hospitality offering across conferences and events
• Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London.
• Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
• Facilitating day to day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently ‘Winning One Customer at a Time’.
• Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting
• Experience of working with a client group
• P&L understanding
• Ability to lead others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels
