The role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver strategic and cross‑cutting analysis across Rightmove’s product domains and business functions, driving and coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of the work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with business stakeholders at all levels to deliver high‑quality analysis and provide light‑touch project management where required.
  • Assess new product opportunities, find root causes of issues impacting multiple business areas, and dive into data to answer urgent questions.
  • Develop a broad understanding of Rightmove’s business model, organisational structure and technical architecture, leveraging knowledge from team members.
  • Work with representatives across Sales, Finance, People, Operations and Product Development, building rapport and deepening understanding.
  • Produce deliverables for multiple audiences – detailed analysis, engaging presentations, executive summaries, project plans and RAID logs.
  • Move comfortably between high‑level strategic activity, detailed technical analysis and delivery planning.
  • Help develop and shape the Business Analysis practice, drive high standards and coach/mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Experience working in both Product/agile and formal Project & Programme delivery environments.
  • Organisational and commercial awareness to align work to objectives and value drivers.
  • Confidence in working across business and product domains, onboarding quickly in unfamiliar areas.
  • Strong stakeholder management – building trust, aligning decisions, influencing outcomes.
  • Experience in project management: scoping, planning, risk and dependency management, progress reporting and closure.
  • Expertise in eliciting and framing needs through discovery and translating insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses and options.
  • Strong process and journey analysis capability, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to pinpoint root causes and prioritise high‑value opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead options analysis, support senior decision‑making, clarify trade‑offs and make well‑reasoned recommendations.
  • Strong analytical capability to interrogate data, validate assumptions and synthesize insights into narratives, measures of success and decision artefacts.
