Overview

We are looking for a Part Time Deputy Department Manager to assist with the daily running and development of the Endoscopy Services across Scarborough and Bridlington.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of the Endoscopy department across Scarborough and Bridlington.
• Assist clinicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
• Complete pre‑assessment for patients attending endoscopy.
• Participate in the nurses on‑call rota.
• Create rosters and keep HR documents up to date in close collaboration with staff.
• Maintain training and development documents, ensuring alignment with current guidelines.
• Ensure all mandatory training is completed and pursue additional training opportunities to promote excellence in care and practice.
