Job Description:
We’re working with a global financial services organisation looking for a hands senior engineer to drive & deliver, scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
This is a key role where you and the team, will own end-to-end delivery, and shape modern engineering practices in a fast-moving, agile environment.
What you’ll do
- Drive best practice across microservices, APIs, testing, and DevOps
- Champion secure, resilient, observable systems
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver real impact
What you bring
- Strong leadership experience in agile engineering teams
- Deep Java (Spring) expertise and microservices architecture
- Solid DevOps: CI/CD, testing, containers, observability
- Experience integrating AI into development workflows
- Ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
Nice to have
- Clear outcome focussed engineering experience
