As a Senior Audit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work closely with senior leadership while helping organisations navigate an evolving regulatory and financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit assignments within the Not for Profit sector
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Review audit files and ensure high-quality delivery standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Work collaboratively with Partners and Directors on complex assignments
  • Support business development initiatives and networking activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards

Requirements

  • Strong audit experience gained within practice
  • Experience managing audit teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and UK auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of current market trends
  • Experience working with Not for Profit clients is highly advantageous
