- Manage cloud data modernization programs, including source migrations (e.g., Amazon Redshift to Databricks).
Visualization & Analytics Solutions
- Architect and deliver Power BI–based analytics solutions leveraging reusable semantic models.
- Enable self‑service analytics while maintaining enterprise governance and performance standards.
Product & IT Service Analytics
- Act as Product Manager for cloud‑based analytics solutions integrated with ServiceNow.
- Lead IT analytics and reporting initiatives supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) functions.
- Drive continuous improvement across Configuration, Knowledge, and Software Asset Management processes.
Process Excellence & Transformation
