Role Overview
The Senior Creator Executive leads the management and delivery of influencer campaigns across clients, working with micro to mid‑level influencers. You will oversee creator discovery, onboarding, content reviews, logistics, and campaign reporting, ensuring the highest standard of execution.
This role also includes mentoring and supporting junior team members, maintaining strong influencer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to optimise campaign performance. You will combine influencer marketing expertise with leadership skills to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and outreach of micro to mid‑tier influencers in line with client strategy.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure influencers fully understand campaign requirements and guidelines.
- Manage content reviews and approvals, ensuring brand alignment and ASA compliance.
- Lead logistics for product send‑outs and other campaign materials.
- Negotiate with influencers to secure cost‑effective agreements without compromising quality.
- Monitor campaign dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and KPI tracking.
- Optimise campaigns through collaboration with internal teams and proactive issue resolution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring quality output and professional development.
- Conduct weekly spot checks to maintain high delivery standards.
Core Competencies
- Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Quality of discovery and alignment to brand and strategy; timeliness of discovery; quality of outreach communications and influencer sign‑up rate.
- Quality Control & Monitoring: Review influencer content and lists to meet client standards; provide guidance on quality; monitor campaign targets and performance.
- Negotiations & Contracting: Lead negotiations with mid‑level influencers; provide guidance to staff on micro‑tier negotiations and contracting.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Manage dashboards, ensure accurate data entry, conduct spot checks; collaborate with strategy, data and client services to optimise strategies.
- Talent Relationship Building: Build and maintain proactive relationships with talent managers and creators; support logistics and fulfilment.
- Industry Knowledge & Best Practices: Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, influencer landscape and ASA guidelines; share insights with internal teams.
- Client‑Facing Materials: Ensure documents (slides, decks, sample lists) are accurate, structured and error‑free; curate sample lists with performance data; deliver clear, professional client presentations.

Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in project management and influencer marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing micro to mid‑tier influencers and delivering high‑quality campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience overseeing contracts.
- Expertise in influencer marketing platforms, trends and compliance standards.
- Experience managing both paid and gifting campaigns (preferred).
- Experience working with beauty brands such as L’Oreal (preferred).
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
