Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What You’ll be doing:

  • Work on product performance and process.
  • Reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Tech support for customers.
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks.
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
  • Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.
  • KPIs/metrics/data as required.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject (e.g., STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering).
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing.
  • Process improvement, efficiency, lean manufacturing.
  • Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk‑mitigation processes.
  • Experience of various Manufacturing platforms.
  • Technical presentation skills.
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation.
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status‑quo as required.
