  • Broad knowledge across HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, and Trade Union engagement
  • Proficient in HR technology and data analytics to support strategic decision‑making
  • Strong organisational design and change management expertise, with confidence in influencing at all levels of the business
