Outsourcing Director

This role will join the Outsourcing team as a client facing Director. You will manage outsourced financial functions for a range of businesses and undertake specialist project assignments to support clients finance functions when they need it, such as during a transaction, following a merger, or when additional resource or technical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engagements, including planning, controlling and completing a diverse range of projects that adhere to firm policy on quality.
• Manage the outsourced financial function and deliver specialist projects to clients.
• Present information in a clear and concise manner to senior managers, directors and partners.
• Influence, lead, engage and manage a number of stakeholders.
• Identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to clients.
• Efficiently and effectively manage time and organisational tasks.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and deliver engagements including planning, controlling and completing a diverse range of projects that adhere to firm policy on quality.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence, lead, engage and manage a number of stakeholders.
• Efficient and effective time management and organisation skills.
