Shape how we deliver – You’ll have genuine ownership to refine BIM standards, workflows and execution strategies for mission critical environments.
Lead and grow people – Build, mentor and inspire a BIM team supporting fast‑paced UK and European projects, helping individuals develop confidence and capability.
One global team – Collaborate with engineering and BIM leaders across regions, sharing best practice and strengthening consistency across our data centre portfolio.
A future‑focused career – Be part of a consultancy recognised for technical excellence, where data centres are a key growth sector and your role evolves with it.
The impact you’ll have
Your expertise will directly influence how successfully we deliver data centre projects. Your priority impact areas will include:
- Mission critical BIM leadership – Implementing and embedding BIM strategies and ISO 19650‑aligned standards that support fast‑track, high‑reliability data centre delivery.
- Data driven quality – Overseeing model coordination, QA and information management to ensure accuracy, constructability and trusted asset data.
- MEP led coordination – Using your deep understanding of MEP systems to drive multi‑disciplinary coordination in highly serviced, space constrained environments.
- Team development – Coaching and managing BIM professionals, supporting performance, progression and retention within a demanding project landscape.
- Consistency across regions – Working closely with global BIM teams to align tools, libraries and processes across UK and European data centre projects.
You will be joining a community that focuses on learning and development through regular lunch and learn sessions, investment in accredited professional courses or educational programmes. you can set the pace for your professional development, and whatever path you choose, you will receive relevant support.
