Administration Manager – Raunds – Mon-Fri 37.5 per week

We’re looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead and develop a team of Financial Administrators across two sites. You’ll ensure accurate, timely financial processing, drive continuous improvement, and support the growth of a fast‑paced, evolving department.

What will you be doing?

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership for Financial Administrators across both locations.
  • Coach, develop, and performance‑manage team members to maintain high standards.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture, integrating remote team members effectively.
  • Hold individuals accountable to deadlines, targets, and behavioural expectations.

Financial Administration Oversight

  • Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and vendor invoice processing.
  • Maintain adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Support month‑end processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Manage team workload and allocate resources proactively.

Continuous Improvement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Drive efficiency, automation, and best‑practice across administrative processes.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems and ways of working.
  • Communicate insights clearly to peers and senior leaders.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Business Change teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.

About You

  • Proven experience managing teams in a finance or administrative environment.
  • Skilled in coaching, developing others, and managing performance.
  • Confident addressing performance or behavioural issues professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas.
  • Good understanding of accrual accounting principles.
  • Excellent relationship‑builder with peers and senior leadership.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently at all levels.
