Responsibilities

• Leading LVIA work from early thinking through to submission
• Helping shape planning strategy alongside designers rather than commenting at the end
• Talking directly with clients and planning officers
• Improving how reports are written, reviewed and presented
• Supporting others who want to improve in planning and assessment

Qualifications

• Know LVIA and planning inside out
• Comfortable having an opinion and explaining it
• Prefer clarity over corporate process and want to be part of a studio where planning has a real voice rather than being an afterthought
• Already doing landscape planning and looking for the next step
