Key Responsibilities
Fire Safety Compliance & Remediation
- Support the delivery of fire safety compliance across residential and/or commercial properties
- Review fire risk assessments (FRAs) and ensure actions are effectively tracked, prioritised, and completed
- Assist in coordinating remedial works arising from fire safety inspections and audits
Technical Support & Oversight
- Work with contractors and internal stakeholders to implement fire safety improvements
- Monitor works to ensure compliance with specifications, relevant legislation, and best practice
- Support inspections and audits to benchmark fire safety standards across the portfolio
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and external partners to ensure a consistent approach to fire safety
- Provide technical advice and guidance where required
- Help promote awareness of fire safety responsibilities across teams
Compliance & Assurance
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of fire safety compliance frameworks
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained (FRAs, compliance logs, certifications)
- Support internal audits, reporting processes, and performance tracking
Continuous Improvement
- Identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement across the portfolioSupport the development of policies, procedures, and guidance related to fire safety
- Contribute to building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
