The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a small People Services team, ensuring smooth delivery of core HR administration while driving smarter, more efficient ways of working. This isn’t just about maintaining processes; it’s about enhancing them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team responsible for HR administration
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting ongoing transformation and change initiatives
- Taking ownership of HR systems aligned to operational delivery
- Partnering closely with data and systems specialists to optimise workflows
- Ensuring high standards across data, processes, and service delivery
