A confidential client is seeking a capable Project Engineer to deliver IT projects from initiation through to completion while providing an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities
- Deliver IT projects to agreed scope, time, and quality standards
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients during project delivery
- Maintain accurate technical and project documentation
- Support compliance, best practice, and internal processes
- Work calmly and effectively, even when managing competing priorities
- Represent the business professionally during on‑site client visits
What we're looking for
- 2+ years' experience in remote support or a similar IT role
- Minimum of 2 current, industry‑recognised technical accreditations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Positive, customer‑focused approach with clear communication skills
Package and benefits
- £26,910 per annum
- Up to £6,000 performance bonus

- Hybrid working – 4 days office‑based in Ramsgate, 1 day from home (when schedules allow)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
