How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead and deliver international website migration projects across multiple regions and languages
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies (e.g., SEO, development, content) to deliver against roadmap priorities
  • Support the rollout of new company branding across international web properties, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Own and optimise the end‑to‑end web experience, improving performance, UX and conversion alongside the WEX Product Team
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Development teams to deliver integrated digital journeys
  • Identify and resolve web, UX and technical challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing (A/B testing, CRO) and performance analysis
  • Ensure best practice governance across content, SEO, accessibility and site performance
  • Support BAU web updates and prioritisation across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Align web strategy to broader business revenue objectives

Experience you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a web, digital or marketing role within an international or multi‑market business
  • Strong experience delivering website migrations or large‑scale web projects
  • Experience managing agencies and third‑party partners
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, transformation environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO and digital performance optimisation
  • Experience working on international brand rollouts or replatforming initiatives
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS or B2B environments
