How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and deliver international website migration projects across multiple regions and languages
- Manage and coordinate external agencies (e.g., SEO, development, content) to deliver against roadmap priorities
- Support the rollout of new company branding across international web properties, ensuring consistency and quality
- Own and optimise the end‑to‑end web experience, improving performance, UX and conversion alongside the WEX Product Team
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Development teams to deliver integrated digital journeys
- Identify and resolve web, UX and technical challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Drive continuous improvement through testing (A/B testing, CRO) and performance analysis
- Ensure best practice governance across content, SEO, accessibility and site performance
- Support BAU web updates and prioritisation across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Align web strategy to broader business revenue objectives
Experience you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a web, digital or marketing role within an international or multi‑market business
- Strong experience delivering website migrations or large‑scale web projects
- Experience managing agencies and third‑party partners
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Experience working in fast‑paced, transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO and digital performance optimisation
- Experience working on international brand rollouts or replatforming initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Experience in fintech, SaaS or B2B environments
