Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, knowledgeable and values‑driven Subject Leader of IT & Computing to lead the department into its next phase of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT & Computing department, ensuring high‑quality curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
- Support and develop staff, fostering a culture of professional learning and innovation.
- Collaborate across the Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust to share best practice and drive collective improvement.
- Advise the school leadership on curriculum planning, resource allocation and departmental strategy.
Essential Criteria
- Extensive experience leading an IT & Computing department.
- Strong subject expertise in IT & computing education.
- Demonstrated commitment to high expectations, care and achievement.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
