Contract Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst

3-month contract | Up to £450 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid (Remote + 2 days London office)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to support a number of key infrastructure and end‑user technology projects across a Microsoft‑centric cloud and hybrid environment. This role will primarily focus on supporting mobile phone and mobile device management projects, alongside involvement in a wider printer rollout project and Lab office project.

The successful contractor will provide 3rd‑line technical support, contribute to infrastructure BAU availability, and support project delivery across Azure cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and networking environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd‑line support for Azure cloud and Windows infrastructure environments
  • Support delivery of mobile device management and mobile phone projects
  • Assist with printer rollout and Lab office infrastructure project activities
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution across cloud services
  • Maintain Azure infrastructure services, ensuring security, availability, and reliability
  • Day‑to‑day change management across cloud, infrastructure, and network environments
  • Implement agreed technical solutions and support infrastructure improvements
  • Manage and support identity services and endpoint management (Intune)
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst in a complex hybrid environment (on‑prem and cloud, including PaaS & SaaS)
  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
    • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
    • Microsoft 365 (including identity management)
    • Windows Server and Active Directory
    • Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management
    • Meraki networking
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, endpoint management, and user technology rollouts
  • Good understanding of network protocols, including LAN/WAN, wireless access points, routers, and switches
  • Knowledge of network and systems security best practice
  • Self‑starter with the ability to plan and manage workload independently
  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and a positive “can‑do” attitude

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Rate: Up to £450 per day (Umbrella)
  • IR35 Status: In Scope of IR35
