Data Analyst
Location: London Stadium, London.

Hybrid Working – 3 Days Per Week in the Office.
West Ham United F.C. is looking for a Data Analyst to support key commercial and marketing decisions across the club. This role will play a central part in shaping fan engagement, driving revenue growth, and supporting long‑term strategic planning through data.
Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities to grow matchday and non-matchday revenue.
- Creating predictive models to improve marketing performance and fan engagement.
- Building dashboards, reports and automated insights for senior leadership.
- Supporting fan experience initiatives with data‑led recommendations.
- Maintaining CRM database quality and GDPR compliance.
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, commercial, digital and content.
- Creating audience segments and profiling to support targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM or marketing‑related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data or analytics role.
- Strong SQL plus Python or R experience.
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in football or sport.
