Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers with existing quotes, renewals due, or lapsed policies
- Handling inbound sales and service calls
- Cross‑selling relevant insurance products
- Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies
- Managing live chat and email queries
- Processing online quote referrals within your underwriting authority
- Completing mid‑term adjustments and issuing renewals every time
You’ll work towards both individual and team targets, with a clear incentive plan that rewards strong performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or financial services
- Confidence communicating by phone
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Results‑focused attitude with genuine desire to achieve
- Ability to identify cross‑sell opportunities
- Excellent time management and ownership of your work
- People‑first, customer‑focused approach
Experience in insurance is helpful, but not essential – attitude, personality and drive matter.
