Accounts Receivable Officer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to effectively support the Financial Controller and the wider Finance team.

Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday
The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will lead at all stages of the Accounts Receivable process to ensure the efficient and effective processing and reconciling of financial transactions on behalf of the organisation. The Accounts Receivable Officer will work closely with the Financial Controller to implement, develop, and maintain the credit card system, policies, and processes to consistently meet the organisation’s needs.
Requirements
- Have experience managing administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in handling queries and providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
- Be able to manage and prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and targets
- Have experience working with data, including maintaining records and producing reports
- A proactive team player who contributes ideas and supports continuous improvement
- Be comfortable handling sensitive or complex queries with professionalism and discretion
- Show confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
