Job Description:

Hospitality & Leisure Brand (Multi-Site)

London (hybrid, 3-4 days in the office)

A well-known consumer and hospitality brand is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its high-performing Commercial Finance team. Operating a large multi-site estate across the UK and internationally, the business is fast-paced, highly commercial and offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and key operational stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role within the FP&A function, responsible for delivering performance reporting, commercial analysis and business partnering support across Marketing and Operations. Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, the position offers strong exposure to board reporting, strategic analysis and operational decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the weekly P&L reporting process for senior leadership meetings, including detailed analysis versus budget and prior year
  • Prepare and distribute the weekly board performance pack, delivering insight on trading performance, KPIs and competitor analysis
  • Produce site-by-site period-end P&L analysis, including EBITDA margin analysis across the estate
  • Business partner with the Marketing team, leading cashflow reporting and analysis meetings
  • Partner with Operations teams to support commercial initiatives, including waste management reporting and performance tracking
  • Prepare accrual and prepayment reconciliations for advertising and promotional spend
  • Produce periodic sales and KPI reporting packs, including sales trends and competitor benchmarking
  • Analyse new promotions and initiatives, modelling profitability, incrementality and cannibalisation impacts
  • Support continuous improvement across reporting, modelling and management information processes
  • Provide ad hoc financial and commercial analysis to support wider business projects and strategic initiatives

You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified / part-qualified, with experience within FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis roles. Experience within hospitality, retail or another consumer-facing business would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will be analytically strong, commercially minded and confident communicating with senior stakeholders across finance and operations. Strong Excel skills are essential and experience with BI tools would be highly beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious FP&A professional looking to join a recognised consumer brand in a broad, commercially focused role with strong visibility and progression potential.
