Position Overview

This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. The Senior Finance Analyst will provide reliable, accurate, and timely management information to support business decision making. Responsibilities include key month‑end close processes, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with the wider Finance team and business to provide analysis and insight. This role supports our wholesale business within the broader Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Key finance contact for staff‑related and other business expenses, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the EMEA business.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: support the development of annual budgets, long‑range plans, and ongoing forecasts; collaborate with regional teams to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and improve forecast accuracy with a focus on employee costs and SG&A expenses.
  • Assist in translating business initiatives into financial outcomes aligning with company goals.
  • Monthly business review processes: support month‑end close working alongside the broader Finance team; ensure accuracy and completeness, provide commentary on performance, and identify risks and opportunities; communicate performance to Finance leadership and regional teams.
  • Financial stewardship: gatekeeper for approvals relating to employee costs such as new roles, promotions, and contractual changes.
  • Ownership of financial models and stewardship to understand business requirements and ensure budgetary control.
  • Financial analysis & insights: provide analytical support on ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives for both Finance and regional leaders.
  • Continuous improvement: champion improvements in processes, tools, and analysis.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced business environment is desirable.
  • Analytical excellence – strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication – ability to present information clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Collaboration – team oriented, can build relationships across functions.
  • Initiative‑taking and curiosity – self‑motivated and forward‑thinking.

This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of two days a week in our Watford office (two days a week in our London office throughout June-26 due to Watford office relocation).
