The Role
Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home.
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.
- Support and develop staff teams.
- Create positive outcomes for young people.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding children’s home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £54,997 – £68,441.
- 10% annual bonus.
- £2,500 on‑call bonus.
- £1,400 attendance allowance.
