The Role

Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home.

  • Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.
  • Support and develop staff teams.
  • Create positive outcomes for young people.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing and structured environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding children’s home.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £54,997 – £68,441.
  • 10% annual bonus.
  • £2,500 on‑call bonus.
