Job title: ANP/ACPLocation: Kirkby Community Primary Care CentreSalary: Up to £60,000 depending on experienceHours: 7.5 (Fridays only)

Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience at Operose Health. Your role will focus on providing expert care to patients in a primary care setting.

Main responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, support delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.

Ideal candidate

• Experience in a primary care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice background, or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferred level 7 (MSc) practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
