  • Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients
  • Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards
  • Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
  • Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus)
  • Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team player with a can‑do attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence
