What You'll Do
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients
- Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards
- Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
- Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- A team player with a can‑do attitude and a drive to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
