About the role

As a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at Derham House care home in Upminster, you will use your compassion and initiative to ensure residents receive high‑quality care. About you

You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, up‑to‑date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines), and a history of acting as a clinical mentor for newly qualified nurses are required. You should be a natural leader, dedicated, ambitious, resilient, with a proven track record of improving quality care.
