Job Summary

Exciting opportunity within our Urology Centre.

We are seeking an individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and can work independently when required. Previous experience in a Urology environment is an advantage, and opportunities for personal and professional development are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality and clinical care standards across the Urology Centre.
• Advocate for the patient experience and deliver patient‑centred care.
• Effectively manage resources and strategically deploy nursing staff.
• Coordinate and develop Urology Centre services and support staff.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Lead Urology Nurse and MDT to ensure smooth operation of the Centre.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Previous experience within a Urology environment preferred.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
