Job Summary
Exciting opportunity within our Urology Centre.
We are seeking an individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and can work independently when required. Previous experience in a Urology environment is an advantage, and opportunities for personal and professional development are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality and clinical care standards across the Urology Centre.
- Advocate for the patient experience and deliver patient‑centred care.
- Effectively manage resources and strategically deploy nursing staff.
- Coordinate and develop Urology Centre services and support staff.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Lead Urology Nurse and MDT to ensure smooth operation of the Centre.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Previous experience within a Urology environment preferred.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
