Residential Fee Earner

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing and dynamic property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with relevant experience
• Proven track record in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Experience handling high-volume caseloads
• Knowledge of leasehold and shared ownership transactions
• Ability to contribute to business development and client relationships
