We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team and help deliver bold, creative design work across major university campaigns.
You will be part of a wider creative team of designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers, leading and shaping the Manchester Met brand. You will work on integrated marketing campaigns as well as day‑to‑day design for digital, print and motion.
- From concept to execution, translate complex briefs into clear, engaging design, balancing creative ambition with tight deadlines.
- Support and mentor designers in the team, offering creative direction, constructive critique and leadership by example.
- Manage multiple projects, collaborate with creatives, senior stakeholders and act as a confident brand guardian.
In return, we offer a genuinely strong package: generous annual leave, hybrid‑working to support work‑life balance, and access to an excellent pension scheme, plus the opportunity to work on high‑profile, meaningful creative projects at one of the UK's leading universities.
To apply, submit your CV, portfolio and short cover letter outlining why you want to work with Manchester Met, via our online portal. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch for an informal conversation with Charlie Jackson (CJackson@mmu.ac.uk).
