Digital Experience Specialist | 6 Month FTC
London with hybrid working 2 days in the Office
A well established, purpose led organisation is looking to hire a Digital Experience Specialist to join its marketing team. This is an urgent requirement with a quick turnaround.
The role
- Support the delivery and optimisation of digital journeys across web, email and self service platforms
- Work closely with a Digital Experience Manager and cross functional teams including tech, data and comms
- Own elements of UX and journey optimisation, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Carry out end to end testing across digital journeys including logged in and self service areas
- Identify and resolve issues, removing friction and improving performance
What they’re looking for
- Experience across digital experience, UX or website optimisation
- Exposure to CMS platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential
