The Opportunity
The Customer Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Analyst who will help elevate our Channels performance. As a Senior Analyst, CRM you will work with customer, traffic and engagement data to deliver insights that shape the Strategy of our team and help us understand Agoda’s customers’ needs, desires and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, segment the user base, understand patterns, and respond to changes in demand to deliver value.
- Test ideas through A/B testing of communication products; design hypotheses, frameworks, campaigns, and analyze large-scale test results.
- Innovate by developing new features, building models for optimization, and constructing business cases for new implementations to push boundaries.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A proactive, self-driven, exploratory approach to data
- At least 2 years of experience in analytically focused positions
- Good Hadoop/SQL and Tableau knowledge
- Knowledge of statistics and data processing practices (p-values, data cleaning and normalization, regressions, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Marketing/Customer Behaviour data
- Working knowledge of Python or R
- Master’s Degree or higher in a quantitative or marketing subject
