How You’ll Make an Impact:

Cloudbeds is looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Revenue Intelligence team.

This role is crucial for our success and we will need a top‑notch Engineering Manager with an extensive background developing large‑scale systems. Cloudbeds is looking for someone who can lead, manage, coach, and mentor software developers towards delivering timely, high‑quality software together with them.

The Revenue Intelligence team sits at the heart of our Cloudbeds Signals AI platform, connecting hospitality data, pricing science, and hotel operations into a coherent whole. The team blends deep analytical curiosity with genuine empathy for the day‑to‑day realities of revenue managers and hoteliers. This team is dedicated to building and scaling our revenue marketing platform to meet our global customers’ diverse needs, unrivaled in the sector. This is an opportunity to work with a company completely transforming the world of travel technology. You will be an essential member of the team as we march toward our goal of powering every lodging business in the world.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 10+ years of experience developing highly scalable production systems
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams, including in remote environments
  • 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies
  • BS or MS in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Hands‑on manager willing to contribute individually alongside the team
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • Experience with C#, Postgres, React/Angular
  • Experience with ML Systems, Architectures, and Techniques
  • Experience with Microservices, robust UI/UX, and high availability applications
  • Long‑term experience in managing full‑stack solutions across the entire SDLC
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly around technical documentation

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

  • Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns
  • Strong Experience with Postgres or other relational databases
  • Observability and Monitoring experience
  • Experience with Docker, Terraform
  • Experience with AWS
