Direct EPOS experience isn't essential. Candidates with previous field service or customer-facing experience, a valid driving licence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Need:
- Previous field-based or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes
- Full UK driving licence
