Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Location: Northampton

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum plus benefits.

Employment type: Permanent.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a technical career within a practical, project‑driven environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and scientists on site investigation projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

You will assist with data collection, soil and groundwater logging, laboratory coordination, and the preparation of interpretive reports. The role involves regular office‑based reporting and on‑site work across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes in and around London.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in geology, environmental science, geotechnical engineering or a related subject
• Full UK driving licence
• Live within a commutable distance of Northampton
• Full right to work in the UK permanently
