Manufacturing Supervisor Required!

We are looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing / Production Supervsior. The successful candidate will be responsible for take a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build and preparation of equipment.

Package:

• Salary £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Company pension scheme
• Early finish Fridays

Manufacturing Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in daily duties including assembly, rework and testing of equipment
• Supervise and support engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical support
• Support with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projects
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures across all workshop activities
• Carry out and oversee quality inspections and checks
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlines
• Attend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delays
• Contribute to continuous improvement through product and process feedback

Manufacturing Supervisor – Requirements:

• Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HND
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong experience in mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly
