Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Salary: £28.71 PAYE / £38.40 Umbrella
Contract: 12‑Month Contract (likely extension)

The Role

  • Deploy and support automated machinery in complex assembly environments
  • Develop automated processes (drilling, fastening, cold‑working, sealing)
  • Work with robotics, Cartesian systems, and cobots
  • Define and introduce new machinery in line with safety standards
  • Provide technical support and continuous improvement to existing equipment
  • Lead and support automation‑focused projects

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Background in automation and/or robotics
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of PUWER and REACH Regulations
  • Project management experience
  • Strong problem‑solving skills (PPS)
  • Data analysis skills with tools like Minitab or Skywise
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Get
