Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and junior staff
• Review job progress and report to project managers regularly
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources
• Assist with training and development of electrical team members
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to guarantee project specifications are met

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
• Valid driving license
