About the Job you are considering: We are seeking experienced UI React Engineer TypeScript with strong expertise in Banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role: We’re seeking a senior React TypeScript engineer who can confidently take ownership of features and consistently deliver high quality code.

- Write clean typesafe React TypeScript code that is easy to maintain and adapt.
- Take technical ownership of assigned features and deliver robust solutions.
- Drive collaboration with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, business analysts and fellow UI developers.
- Proactively seek feedback, address uncertainties and improve processes.
- Challenge ideas and approaches constructively, focusing on better outcomes.
- Work independently and efficiently without needing extensive guidance.
Your Skills
- Favor practical streamlined solutions rather than overengineering.
- Write clean readable code following established patterns.
- Refactor proactively and iterate quickly.
- Contribute to discussions around the testing pyramid and take responsibility for quality.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance productivity without compromising standards.
