About The Role

As a Graduate Engineer in our Manchester Office you will be supported as you learn to develop briefs, deliver buildings or projects that exceed client expectations, and think about buildings in an integrated way to reduce energy use. You will work on interesting and complex projects, learn to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to deliver world‑class sustainable buildings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions that advance environmental responsibility and engineering quality.
• Work independently and contribute to collaborative teams, instilling confidence in others.
• Apply design to proactively respond to the climate emergency and enhance building performance.

Qualifications

• Science, engineering or mathematics background with a grade 2:1 or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently while enjoying collaborative work and contributing positively to the team.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with colleagues and external collaborators.
