At Applica, we’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy team.
Applica is a specialist recruitment company operating within the energy sector, resourcing projects for companies enabling the energy transition. Based in Manchester, our team partners with clients and contractors across the UK, North America, and Scandinavia.
The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with global energy clients while building and scaling your own desk in a fast-paced, contract-led environment.
This role offers a clear, supported pathway from Senior to Principal, with defined billing expectations and hands‑on support to help you build and scale your desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing your own client base
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality technical candidates globally
- Driving business development and converting new opportunities
- Managing your pipeline, performance, and delivery
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Background recruiting within energy, renewables, or a technical/STEM market (engineering, tech, construction, or supply chain)
- Experience in a fast-paced, contract-led environment preferred
- Commercial mindset with the drive to build and scale a desk
- Confident, proactive, and relationship‑led
