Sparta Global is looking for passionate and committed individuals who want to kickstart a career in technology. You will complete full‑time Academy training and then serve as a junior Business Solutions consultant with one of our trusted client partners.

How It Works

  • Learn: Complete a full‑time Academy training programme delivered remotely by industry‑professional trainers. Training is paid from day one.
  • Work: Upon successful completion, you will become a 'Spartan' consultant and be available for assignment as a Business Solutions consultant.
  • Grow: You will work with the client for up to 24 months, gain upskilling opportunities and salary increases, and may convert to a full‑time employee with the assigned employer.
