How It Works
- Learn: Complete a full‑time Academy training programme delivered remotely by industry‑professional trainers. Training is paid from day one.
- Work: Upon successful completion, you will become a 'Spartan' consultant and be available for assignment as a Business Solutions consultant.
- Grow: You will work with the client for up to 24 months, gain upskilling opportunities and salary increases, and may convert to a full‑time employee with the assigned employer.
