Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
- Arranging candidate interviews.
- Attending industry networking events.
- Placing candidates into permanent positions.
- Developing and nurturing new accounts.
- Being involved in new business development.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in recruitment within the professional construction recruitment sector.
- Able to demonstrate evidence of success within the recruitment work environment.
- Able to manage and develop existing client accounts and win new business.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
