Bilingual Inside Sales Executive

The Role

• Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
• Quote and negotiate pricing and process customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support
• Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts
• Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand
• Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction

The Candidate

• Fluency in German or another European language (written and spoken) highly desirable
• Previous experience in sales or account management recommended
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills
• Resides within commutable distance from the office

This role is based in Feltham, with hybrid work arrangements available after initial training.
