Job Title:New & Used Car Sales Executive

Job Type:Full-Time | Permanent
Salary:Competitive basic + OTE £40,000 Uncapped
Hours:Rota-based, including Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing

  • Selling new and used Ford vehicles, along with relevant accessories and finance products
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consultative, customer-first conversations
  • Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining long-term contact throughout the ownership journey
  • Conducting part-exchange appraisals, test drives, and accurate vehicle handovers
  • Preparing and processing sales documentation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Following up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Supporting showroom presentation, digital leads, and prospecting activity
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance at every stage of the sales process

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-based retail/customer service role
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and a professional, ethical approach
  • Strong IT skills and comfort using CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, performance-driven environment
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends on a rota
